Hello there! Thanks for enrolling on this course – please read info below:

One week before the course date I will send you an e-book and learner resource sheet along with the login details for the training. Please look out for an email from Nuco Training as well as from me, as it will have your e-book login details.

Below you will find the Qualifications Specification – this is everything we need to cover to be able to certify you with a Level 3 Award. There is also a registration form that you need to fill in and send back to me as soon as you can. This allows me to make changes to the way I teach if you have any additional needs. It is also the information I need to register and certify you with, so please ensure your name is written on this form exactly as you would like it on your certificate.

If for whatever reason you are unable to attend, cancellations with a weeks advance notice will be refunded in full. With 48 hours notice there will be a $50 cancellation charge, and under 48 hours we are unfortunately unable to refund the training costs as we will not be able to reallocate your place at such short notice.
