Description
Evidence based and simple, this short course and workbook will take you step by step through 3 ways that can help you feel unstuck and the 4th option which is to do nothing and stay miserable (or even make things worse!).
The course is designed to be paused and reflected upon along the way, and although I can teach you these skills (based on Dialectic Behaviour Therapy Skills) in a reasonably short space of time (30 minutes), you need to be able to implement them in ‘real life’ which will inevitably take longer.
