Online Clinical Supervision

Essential in counselling practice, supervision has also been proven to be helpful to many people who work in the helping professions including teachers. Teachers with safeguarding or pastoral duties for example may be prone to taking worries home with them and therefore at risk of burnout. Supervision allows them a space away from their management where they can discuss cases, get advice and reflect upon how they are doing. Group supervision can also be helpful for school teams, such as those working in the boarding house, to have a protected space where they can slow down for 90 minutes and check in with each other.

So, whether you are a counsellor or pastoral staff – could I be a good fit for you?

Just like in counselling, supervisors need to be able to meet your needs. I worked within international schools for 9 years (with over 4000 hours of clinical practice) and 15 years as a Safeguarding Lead (in schools and the community). I am accredited through the Australian Counselling Association as a supervisor. I would be a good fit for you if you work in a school (especially one with diverse populations such as an international school) or with children, adolescents and young adults and like to work in a solution-focused or integrative manner.
Please note supervision is not therapy and is focused mainly on your work. The 7 generic tasks of clinical supervision are below.

Individual Supervision

I offer individual clinical supervision for either 60 minutes or 90 minutes depending on your needs. Before I take on a new supervisee, I have a free half hour initial meeting to ensure we are a good fit. Please get in touch below.

My usual supervision charge is $120 for 60 minutes and $150 for 90 minutes (SGD).

Group Supervision

I offer group supervision for up to 8 members of a team. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss the needs of your particular team and pricing.
