One of our counsellors is speaking at this free event in December about #domesticviolence. Come along if you're in #Phuket. How you feel doesn't go away by pushing it down. Like a whack-a-mole it will just pop out somewhere else. Acknowledging your emotions doesn't mean you have to wallow in them. Mindfulness is about being in the present. We can use our senses to ground us and help stop some of the swirling #stress or #anxiety we feel. Is what you are doing #selfcare or #procrastination? How do you tell the difference? Which would you choose to represent yourself or your life right now? Moving away is an exciting time, you may have found yourself enthralled by your new country at first but now you're confused as to why you're not enjoying it quite so much. This is normal. The average age for first episode of #Depression is 12. Half of all adult #mentalhealth problems are established by age 14.
